Job Title: Guidewire Tester - Remote / Telecommute

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $50.00hr - $55.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 13+ years of hands-on experience.
- Experience in QA/testing, with a strong understanding of Guidewire Policy Center and its modules.
- Strong knowledge in P&C insurance domain.
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA / ALM), automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git) for automated testing.
- Knowledge of Guidewire Digital applications or Dev Connect.
- Active Guidewire Analyst certification.
Responsibilities:
- Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
- Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution.
- Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup.
- Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
