Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills:

• Overall Integration Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration development.
• Core Technical Expertise: Minimum of 2 years of deep technical experience specializing in building advanced integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, WECI, EIB, and CCB.
• BIRT Reporting: Proven experience creating, altering, and deploying customized BIRT layouts aligned with integration requirements.
• Workday Orchestrate: Experience building native process flows using the visual Orchestration Builder. (Candidates with solid core integration skills who are enthusiastic about undergoing internal training to upskill in Workday Orchestrate are highly encouraged to apply.)
• Data Transformation & Protocols: Proficient in XML, XSLT, Web Services (SOAP/REST), MWS, and secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, PGP encryption).
• Certifications: Current Workday Integrations Partner Certification or Workday Studio Certification preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, Build, and Test Integrations: Design, develop, and support testing of complex Workday integrations based on business requirements. Ensure all deliverables incorporate functional, security, technical, performance, quality, and operations considerations through to deployment.
• Lead Discovery & Architecture Sessions: Lead client discovery and design assessment sessions. Creatively implement client requirements by leveraging Workday Integration tools, with a primary focus on Workday Studio, Payroll Effective Change Interface (PECI), Workday Everyday Change Interface (WECI), Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB), and Core Connectors (CCB) across Human Capital Management (HCM).
• Build End-to-End Orchestration: Leverage Workday Orchestrate to automate workflows, build real-time, event-driven processes, chain multiple integrations, report alerts, or external API calls together within the native Workday ecosystem.
• Advanced Layout & Custom Reporting: Design, format, and customize document layouts using Business Intelligence Design Tool (BIRT) to meet custom formatting requirements for outgoing integration payloads and regulatory documents.
• Manage Timelines and Deliverables: Effectively lead design sessions to manage the overall program timeline, technical milestones, and deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deployment objectives, prioritizing data accuracy, error handling, optimization, and high performance of data pipelines.
