Feature Lead Summary:
We are looking for a thoughtful and highly collaborative Feature Lead to support a major system replacement initiative. This role focuses on enabling successful integration across a diverse set of teams and applications that rely on the system being replaced. The Feature Lead will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure readiness, alignment, and smooth remediation planning, helping teams navigate change and stay connected to the broader program goals.
This role centers on coordination and integration across impacted teams, with a focus on enabling alignment and readiness. The Feature Lead serves as a strategic connector, helping teams interpret program changes, align timelines, and navigate complex impacts, including those involving vendor relationships or multi-layered dependencies. The goal is to ensure changes are clearly understood, well-timed, and thoughtfully addressed across the broader landscape.
Key Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with teams impacted by the system replacement, supporting their planning and remediation efforts.
- Serve as a bridge between the core program and consumer teams, translating program-level changes into clear, actionable insights.
- Coordinate with a diverse set of application teams, ranging from those with complex remediation needs to those with more specific updates, ensuring each team receives the support and alignment needed for success.
- Facilitate conversations around timing, dependencies, and vendor impacts, helping teams think through their unique challenges.
- Partner closely with consumer teams and their project managers to ensure remediation planning and execution stays aligned with program milestones and dependencies.
- Collaborate with core program team members to deliver meaningful information about upcoming changes, including the rationale, potential impacts, and key considerations, in formats that help consumer teams quickly understand and apply the information without repeated deep dives from program experts.
- Organize and maintain structured work backlogs, mapping dependencies across teams and tracking remediation items in Azure DevOps to ensure visibility and alignment of workstreams.
- Interpret and act on Power BI dashboards to guide planning and execution, identify data discrepancies, and collaborate with reporting teams to improve dashboard accuracy and relevance.
Technical & Coordination Skills: - Experience working in large-scale enterprise programs, ideally involving system replacement or transformation.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse teams and technical landscapes.
- Familiarity with vendor relationships and third-party integration considerations.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical impacts in a clear, business-relevant way.
- Proficiency with collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
- Experience with backlog management and dependency tracking in tools like Azure DevOps.
- Comfort working in a waterfall delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in financial services, regulated industries, or large-scale enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with waterfall delivery models and legacy system transitions.
- Background in business integration, change management, or technical coordination roles
