Hi,

 

Role: RF Optimization Engineer

Location : Remote (US, Canada, Mexico)

Experience: 8 to 10+ Years

 

Core requirements:

4G/5G LTE/NR RF Optimization and Performance Management.

KPI Management: Monitor and improve T-Mobile market KPIs (Drop Call Rates, Setup Success, VoLTE/VoNR, and Throughput).

Spectrum Optimization: Optimize multi-band clusters, specifically T-Mobile’s 5G Ultra Capacity

 •Qualifications

• Experience: 7+ years in RF optimization, ideally supporting client markets.

• Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of 4G LTE/5G NR (SA & NSA) on Ericsson (ENM) or Nokia (NetAct) platforms.

• Tools: Proficiency in Actix, TEMS, Nemo, Atoll, and MapInfo.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
