Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple customer cloud environments
  • Handle case backlog, prioritize incidents, and ensure SLA adherence
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority production issues
  • Serve as escalation point for NOC and Level I/II engineers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and account teams
  • Deliver high-quality solutions ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Monitor top-tier environments to prevent major incidents
  • Lead crisis management and escalation processes
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation
  • Mentor and train junior engineers (NOC, L1 & L2)
  • Participate in onboarding new customers and managing critical accounts
  • Conduct technical reviews during transition from implementation to support
  • Support on-call rotations and occasional weekend shifts
  • Assist in interviewing and evaluating new hires

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Python, Terraform, scripting)
  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and networking
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Experience working in escalation-driven support environments

 

Education

  • High School Diploma required
  • Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree preferred
