Job Description
We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise Salesforce architecture, development, and integrations and a proven ability to design, implement, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions, including Data Cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Customize, enhance, and integrate Salesforce.com applications.
- Design and implement solutions across Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
- Develop with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and LWC using sound OOP and design patterns.
- Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create UI wireframes and prototypes; implement using HTML5 and JavaScript libraries including Node.js.
- Produce technical design documents and review code for quality and standards.
- Align solutions to business and technical requirements; manage scope and expectations.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and contribute to continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development background.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementation or POCs; familiarity with Agentforce is a plus.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, LWC, and JavaScript.
- Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs and enterprise system connectivity.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud capabilities and data models.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce design patterns and object-oriented programming.
- Ability to review, develop, and explain code to technical and business stakeholders.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience with React and modern UI frameworks; HTML/CSS proficiency.
- Experience with Twilio APIs and Functions.
- Background with Node.js and related JavaScript libraries.
