Responsibilities
- Support daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination.
- Coach, train, and develop employees while fostering a positive team culture.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and support a high-quality service experience.
- Assist with hiring, forecasting, and achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, transportation, field services, or a similar environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid driver''s license required.
- Bachelor''s degree preferred but not required.
