Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a positive, accountable team culture.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor budgets, operational metrics, and financial performance while identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by supporting quality service and resolving escalated issues.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Partner with leadership to support business growth and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, field services, transportation, or a similar environment.
- Experience managing teams, business performance, and operational metrics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Bachelor''s degree preferred but not required.
