• Provide ongoing functional and technical support for the amortization instance of Adaptive, ensuring system stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
o Manage the monthly amortization rollover and forecast process across Fox.
o Monitor and support data integrations between core Workday and Adaptive and Adaptive amortization instance and FP&A instance.
o Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support financial analysis and business decision-making.
o Maintain system documentation, including model configurations, business processes, technical specifications, and support procedures.
o Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, promote system adoption, and implement best practices.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement system enhancements.
