Summary

Human Resources Operations Support Specialist

Primary Location: Spartanburg, South Carolina

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Human Resources Operations Support Specialist for our premier client in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong customer service skills and ability to manage conflict.
Comfortable working in a customer support center environment and speaking on the phone regularly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Provide support in a service-oriented customer support center.
Handle sensitive employee interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain a customer-focused approach and a willingness to help others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP.
Experience completing I-9/e-verifies.
Experience working in a customer support center environment.
Spanish/English bilingual strongly preferred.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

Respond to HR-related inquiries via the HR Service Center via email, phone, internal app, and in person.
Input and manage high volume of data in SAP and other HR systems.
Responsible for handling/maintaining confidential information.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to technical tasks.
