Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee and manage changes within the Digital Channels space, with a specific focus on CashPro. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of release management processes and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of change management from initiation to closure. This role requires excellent project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to ensure the successful implementation of release-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage each change within the Digital Channels space, including release containers, execution runbooks, and remedy change requests.
- Complete all required information and documentation for each change in ITSM BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
- Manage and coordinate each assigned change from initiation to closure, ensuring proper execution and verification.
- Coordinate interfaces between Change Management and other ITSM processes.
- Conduct planning and runbook reviews with all change stakeholders.
- Facilitate the triage of any issues found during release-related activities.
- Identify and escalate release-related risks and concerns to ensure project timelines are met.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience is required.
Technical Skills:- Strong functional knowledge of CashPro and release management processes.
- Moderate to advanced skills with project planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), including critical path analysis.
- Moderate to advanced experience with production change record tools such as ITSM BMC Remedy or ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Moderate exposure to Agile tools such as Jira.
- Previous experience in risk management, including identifying and escalating release-related risks.
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience working in the financial industry is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $64.54 per hour. Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
