Job Description:
IT Program Manager III

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (On-site)

Employment Type: Contract (12 months)

Role Overview

This position involves creating, maintaining, and delivering technical knowledge content while continuously improving processes to ensure relevance and value. The role requires working cross-functionally to support teammates in leveraging technology tools and promoting a self-service-first strategy. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain technical knowledge content for various projects.
  • Deliver content and training to support technology tool adoption.
  • Continuously improve knowledge management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a self-service strategy.
  • Translate technical concepts into user-friendly content for non-technical audiences.
  • Manage project administration tasks and deliverables.
  • Oversee process project execution and technical management.
Required Qualifications
  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content for non-technical audiences.
  • A fast learner, with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Excellent editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Creative and innovative mindset with an eye on industry trends in knowledge delivery.
  • Experience promoting and marketing internal products and services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Kanban.
  • Experience with tools such as KMS Lighthouse, HTML, Adobe Premiere Suite, Captivate, Camtasia, iSpring, or Microsoft Intune.


Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $64.54 per hour.
