Location: Charlotte, NC/ Kennesaw GA/ Richmond VA (Onsite)Employment Type: ContractDuration: 10 monthsRole Overview
This role involves project coordination for technology implementations, upgrades, conversions, and recovery efforts. The position requires management of resources across various lines of business, balancing technical requirements, scheduling, and milestone delivery. The project manager will define and evaluate problems to plan effective solutions while proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues to keep projects on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate technology implementations, upgrades, and conversions using established tools and guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate resources within and across different lines of business.
- Define, evaluate, and solve project-related problems effectively.
- Identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact the project timeline.
- Present project progress and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing project priorities and reallocate resources as needed.
- Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills:- Basic understanding of Cisco voice and/or Telepresence technologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
- Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Change Management tools and deployment methodologies.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including cabling and switches.
- Prior experience working in a technology role within a large corporate environment.
Compensation
The estimated pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $62.10 per hour.
