Our client is executing Phase 2 of an enterprise CLM implementation and requires an Ironclad BSA to lead configuration, workflow design, and automation. The role will analyze current CLM workflows, integrations, and processes, then deliver enhancements, testing, and rollout at scale. The Ironclad SME will partner with product, engineering, and architecture to align requirements and drive a modern digital CLM future state.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Analyze existing CLM workflows, integrations, functions, and processes to identify optimization opportunities.
Design and configure Ironclad workflows, UI look and feel, and automations in partnership with product and engineering.
Build enhancements and bring configurations and automations to production.
Drive testing strategies including functional, failure, regression, and UAT across workflows and integrations.
Collaborate with Product SMEs and Architects to align requirements to the future state architecture.
Provide guidance and a roadmap toward a modern digital CLM future state.
Recommend efficient rollout plans informed by workflow evaluations and success criteria.
Draft and refine success criteria and implementation requirements with the vendor.
Align module configuration with domain expertise and business priorities.
Conduct functional testing across system requirements, configuration, and deployment activities.
Hands-on configuration, design, integration creation, and module development within Ironclad.
Partner with the architecture team to ensure configuration and code are production-ready.
Define KPIs and prioritize engineering efforts for product stories.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design launch requirements and communicate progress.
Prioritize design needs and partner with product teams to deliver roadmap milestones.

Experience Requirements:

Deep domain expertise in CLM tools and processes with demonstrated Ironclad subject matter expertise.
Hands-on experience with Ironclad module implementation, configuration, and end-to-end testing.
Experience delivering medium to high complexity use cases and enterprise-scale integrations.
Background working within large companies or large technology environments.
