Our client seeks a Consultant, Organizational Change Management to lead change initiatives that enable adoption of data platforms, analytics capabilities, and AI/ML solutions. The role plans and executes structured OCM activities across strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics in partnership with business and technical teams. The consultant will embed methodology, guide leaders, and drive measurable outcomes for enterprise data and digital transformation programs.

Rate: $52.00 to $62.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage OCM activities for enterprise digital technology initiatives by establishing change management practices, methods, and tools.
  • Develop and implement change strategies to maximize adoption, minimize resistance, and accelerate benefits realization.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and business readiness for enterprise process improvement and technology implementations.
  • Plan and execute organizational change, communications programs, training programs, and performance metrics.
  • Create risk and impact analyses across processes, tools, procedures, people, and culture.
  • Leverage Prosci and project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases as appropriate.
  • Establish milestones and deliverables to manage expectations and ensure program and product success.
  • Build and maintain engagement with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Align diverse stakeholders with the analytics vision and translate complex analytics concepts into business language.
  • Interface with executive stakeholders to assess goals and recommend strategic, practical solutions.
  • Facilitate teams, build constructive environments, and oversee development and delivery of communication plans.
  • Lead organizational design and governance for data and analytics, including operating model and governance framework definition.
  • Guide rollout of analytics organizations, ML/AI training, processes, roles, workflows, and transition roadmaps from legacy to target state.
  • Establish success metrics and reporting strategies to measure adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
  • Prioritize, delegate, and foster high-performance teams focused on customer service and teamwork.
  • Coach leaders and managers on leading change and supporting their teams.
  • Participate in resource planning, manage multiple projects, and exercise sound judgment on priorities and resources.
  • Create and coordinate training programs to prepare employees and managers for transitions.
  • Commit to proficiency in partner and technology applications that support customer deployments.
  • Contribute to continuous assessment and refinement of OCM methodology, processes, and tools.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years in technology professional services, product, or consulting environments leading end-to-end large-scale organizational change and communications, including client-facing roles.
  • Recent experience leading stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and business readiness for enterprise technology or process improvement programs.
  • Demonstrated success planning and executing organizational change, communications, training, and performance metrics.
  • Experience conducting risk and impact analyses across processes, tools, procedures, people, and culture.
  • Experience with Prosci change management methodology and project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and lead without formal authority.
  • Experience aligning diverse stakeholders with a data and analytics vision and translating analytics concepts for executives.
  • Strong facilitation, team building, and change management skills with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
  • Experience defining operating models and governance frameworks for data and analytics.
  • Experience with rollout of analytics organizations, ML/AI training, roles, workflows, and transition roadmaps.
  • Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multi-project management skills.
  • Domain experience in Data Analytics and AI/ML tools.
  • Preference for experience in higher education or corporate learning function (preferred).

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organization development, or related field.
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • Change management certification required; Prosci preferred.
