Product Manager - Irving, TX - Contract - $50-60 Per HR

Description

Join a dynamic team to lead digital delivery strategy and execution across key third-party partners in a hybrid role. You will be responsible for optimizing customer journeys and improving order economics, leveraging your expertise in digital and delivery technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product lifecycle for third-party delivery integrations, including roadmap creation and optimization.
Analyze operational, customer, and partner data to identify pain points and measure performance.
Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to monitor delivery experience.
Implement technical solutions to improve order success rates and fulfillment accuracy.
Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and iterate on product ideas.

Qualifications

Masters or equivalent experience in product management or digital delivery.
5–7 years of experience in B2C product management with a focus on digital marketplaces.
Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into action.
Experience working with external technology partners and APIs.
Proven leadership ability to drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management.
