Role Overview
An experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator III is sought to support a large-scale hybrid infrastructure environment. This role focuses on Windows Server administration, Active Directory, automation, monitoring, security, virtualization, and cloud operations across on-premises and multi-cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer enterprise Active Directory environments, including managing users, groups, OU structure, delegation, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Manage the complete server lifecycle, including building, deploying, standardizing, upgrading, and retiring Windows Servers.
- Lead patch management initiatives using MECM/SCCM, coordinating deployment schedules and remediation efforts.
- Monitor system health using SCOM and related tools, analyzing performance and capacity trends.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation to reduce manual operational tasks.
- Support Windows workloads on VMware, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Administer enterprise DNS services and support disaster recovery operations.
- Support Windows-related M365 services, including OneDrive administration and endpoint integration.
- Maintain runbooks, create support procedures, and mentor junior administrators.
- Analyze and resolve operating system, application, and infrastructure issues.
Required Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience. Experience may substitute for education requirements.
Experience: 5+ years of relevant IT experience, with at least 3 years supporting enterprise information systems environments.
