Summary

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in CPQ and Revenue Cloud to lead the design and implementation of scalable Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions. This role involves integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and tax automation platforms to ensure accurate billing, compliance, and revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions (CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition)
Lead end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) design and execution
Integrate Salesforce with tax engines (Avalara/Vertex) and ERP systems
Configure CPQ features: product bundles, pricing rules, discounting, approvals
Ensure compliance with ASC 606 / IFRS 15
Provide technical leadership (Apex, Flows, Lightning)
Conduct solution reviews, UAT support, and performance tuning

Required Skills

8+ years of Salesforce experience
5+ years in CPQ & Revenue Cloud
Hands-on with Salesforce Billing, Subscription Management, Revenue Recognition
Experience with Avalara or Vertex integrations
Strong understanding of QTC lifecycle & RevOps
Experience with NetSuite/SAP and MuleSoft
Salesforce certifications preferred (CPQ Specialist / Application Architect)
