The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, executive stakeholder management, governance, healthcare technology modernization, and large-scale program delivery.
Required Skills:
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure delivery or healthcare IT administration.
Extensive experience leading enterprise infrastructure programs and technology roadmaps.
Strong experience driving digital transformation and AI/ML adoption initiatives.
Expertise in governance, infrastructure strategy, and executive stakeholder management.
Experience conducting enterprise technology assessments and long-term strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of healthcare IT infrastructure, system integration, and operational excellence.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, and large program portfolios.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare industry experience.
Experience with HIMSS and INFRAM assessments.
