Overview
We’re seeking an experienced IT SaaS Applications Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and support of enterprise SaaS platforms within a dynamic university environment. This role will oversee application performance, drive IT service excellence, and ensure systems align with organizational goals and industry best practices (ITIL).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize a portfolio of SaaS applications, including configuration, integrations, and ongoing enhancements
Lead ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management) and promote ITIL best practices
Oversee service delivery, ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met and continuously improved
Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and administrators
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs
Deliver training and communication to end users and internal teams
Track performance metrics, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities
Manage vendor relationships and evaluate new tools or system enhancements
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data privacy standards

Qualifications
Required:

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years of experience leading technical or product-focused teams
Experience with SaaS applications and IT service delivery
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Proven ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
