We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Tech Services industry. This is a permanent position that will offer you the opportunity to showcase your technical skills and contribute to the growth and innovation of our company. You will play a key role in our manufacturing processes, from tooling and machine design to process engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and advanced manufacturing methods. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment (tooling, fixtures, assembly, etc.) to meet production requirements.
2. Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to create and modify drawings, 3D models, and assemblies.
3. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
4. Identify opportunities for process and product improvements and drive their implementation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of product design and manufacturing.
6. Develop and implement process control techniques and procedures into manufacturing environments.
7. Analyze manufacturing process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
8. Conduct root cause analysis of manufacturing issues to respond and ensure swift resolutions.
9. Train and guide staff on new development processes and equipment.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant software.
4. Extensive knowledge of tooling, machine design, and process engineering.
5. Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and process improvement techniques.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
10. Ability to design and understand precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
11. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology.
