Required Skills & Experience

3-6 years of software development experience with at least one programming language such as:

Java (preferred)
Go
Scala
Python

Strong hands-on experience with:

Kubernetes/EKS
AWS Cloud Services
OpenTelemetry
Terraform

3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, monitoring, and distributed tracing.
3+ years of experience deploying, managing, and supporting Kubernetes/EKS clusters.
3+ years of experience hosting and operating applications in AWS environments.
Experience building automation and infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain platform capabilities that enable product teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes/EKS environments.
Implement and support observability and tracing solutions using OpenTelemetry.
Collaborate with engineering teams through paired programming and technical mentorship.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployments using Terraform.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive reliability improvements across systems.
Coordinate with multiple teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Datadog and/or Grafana.
Exposure to cloud-native architectures and platform engineering practices.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
