Location: Plano, Texas
On-Site: 3 days on-site per week | 2 days remote
Duration: 12+ Month Contract

Summary:This is a Delivery Lead position in the Chat, and Voice Technology organization. The Delivery Lead is responsible for technology deliverables and integration points. They must be strong at anticipating and quickly resolving technology challenges in advance and are accountable for resolving blockers for the agile team (as a key partner in the planning and sprint process), by actively leading triages. They will coordinate and onboard all technical partners and serves as stand-in Change Manager, when needed, and effectively understand the feature costs by owning dispatch process in order to maintain accurate estimates. The Delivery Leads are accountable for execution and integration with all enterprise standards for project delivery.
Required Qualifications - EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 4 year experience in related field.
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 4 years' experience in a technical project management role in agile environment. Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams.
- FIELD OF EXPERTISE: Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time. Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization. Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques. Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation and conflict-management skills. Intermediate Word. Intermediate Excel.
