Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can take ideas and input from others and fully own the delivery - driving the work from concept to completion. As the Project Manager you will take loose ideas, conversations, and directions and turn them into structured, actionable plans and execution-ready deliverables. You'll partner with Tech, Risk and Process Teams to help shape ideas and deliver real outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong command & PMO skills, cross-functional confidence, and a bias for action to move work forward and keep everyone aligned.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects from strategy to execution, bringing clarity and momentum
Own and create the deliverables - execution-ready assets, project trackers, various reporting, briefs, timelines and communications
Translate input from risk and process products and stakeholders into clear, actionable plans
Drive alignment across teams, ensure everyone understands priorities, decisions and next steps
Act as the point of accountability, managing details while keeping the bigger picture in focus
Tackle ambiguity with confidence, step in where needed and lead by doing
Requirements:
4+ years of PMO, project or program management with demonstrated outcomes & deliverables
Strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of MSF suite of applications
Skilled in applying risk and process mapping to support efficient, accurate project delivery
Highly organized and proactive, with a focus on execution and outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Confidence in leading conversations, summarizing decisions and moving teams to action
Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to senior leadership)
Experience partnering with Senior Leadership to provide Program and Project level updates
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
