We are looking for IT Support Specialist for our client in Tucker, GA

Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide customer support for maintenance and operation of systems and applications.
Deliver ongoing operational and user assistance, including troubleshooting application issues and supporting users with system functionality.
Provide technical support for application software systems and end-user environments.
Communicate with management and user departments regarding job status, system issues, and operational concerns.
Develop training materials and assist in training users on hardware and software usage.
Install and upgrade software on PCs as required.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Education And Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Work Environment And Physical Requirements:

Work performed in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers and smartphones.
Requires standing, walking, and regular use of hands; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
May involve high-volume workload with strict deadlines requiring accuracy and focus.

Travel:

Primarily local travel with occasional out-of-area or overnight travel.

Additional Requirements:

Must successfully pass background checks and pre-employment screening.
Regular attendance is required.
