Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Architect with strong ServiceNow platform consulting and advisory experience. The ideal candidate should understand AI, Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflow concepts and be able to translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ServiceNow platform consulting and advisory services for AI-enabled business and IT workflows.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation.

  • Support the design and implementation of AI-enabled workflows using relevant ServiceNow platform capabilities.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements, solution approaches, and implementation plans.

  • Evaluate existing workflows and recommend opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  • Support solution configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment.

  • Explain solution capabilities, implementation considerations, and expected business value to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to technical documentation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of relevant ServiceNow consulting and advisory experience.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities.

  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications are mandatory.
