Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Shipping modules to support enterprise Oracle applications and business operations. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of hands-on functional experience in Oracle ERP, with deep knowledge of manufacturing-related processes and supply chain execution.

Required Functional Expertise:

Oracle Inventory
Oracle Manufacturing
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Oracle Shipping
Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud in the following modules:
Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes
Experience in configuration, setups, and functional design documentation
Ability to work with technical teams for integrations and customizations
Experience with data migration, conversions, and interfaces is a plus
Preferred Skills:
        •       Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM (if applicable)
        •       Knowledge of SQL for basic data validation
        •       Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
        •       Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics domain

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to manufacturing, inventory, and shipping processes
Configure and support Oracle functional modules based on business needs
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders for solution delivery
Perform gap analysis and recommend best practices
Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide timely resolutions
Perform functional testing, support UAT, and assist in production deployments

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of Oracle Functional consulting experience
Strong experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules
Hands-on implementation/support experience in Oracle ERP
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

Experience with end-to-end implementation projects
Strong documentation and training skills
Create functional documentation, user guides, and training materials

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
