TalentFish is casting a line for an Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead. This is a full-time hire opportunity with our premier clinical healthcare client!
The Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Lead will execute and drive the day-to-day work of Oracle Cloud Purchasing (Procurement) and Inventory modules within the SCM landscape, serving as the acting project lead for supply chain-related projects, enhancements, application releases, and service requests.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP applications.
- Expert-level knowledge in at least two of the following Oracle Cloud modules:
Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management, General Ledger, Expenses, or Enterprise Contracts
- Demonstrated experience leading a full work stream of Oracle Cloud applications and collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams of 3–5 in a matrixed environment, including reporting to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Incident Management tools.
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent certification in healthcare, business management, or information systems; Oracle Cloud SCM/Inventory certification a plus.
What You''ll Do (Skills Used in this Position)
- Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Purchasing and Inventory modules, managing software releases, performing impact assessments, facilitating testing with business users, and keeping documentation current.
- Resolve incidents and design enhancements, including setting up new features and functionality for Inventory and related Supply Chain modules.
- Lead discussions with business stakeholders to understand challenges and propose process and application improvements based on Oracle industry best practices.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and complete functional validation and regression testing for all upgrades, incidents, and enhancements.
- Validate and align the prioritization and categorization of tickets, change requests, and enhancements with the business, track leads, and functional owners.
- Coordinate environment refresh plans and schedules and establish discipline around pre/post update activities.
- Mentor and guide junior resources, providing subject matter expertise across Oracle SCM and Inventory.
Compensation and Employment
This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
