Position Title: Technical Project Manager

Pay Rate: $60 $67/hr (W2)
Position Description:
We re seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead delivery for complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in a highly regulated enterprise environment. In this role, you ll partner with senior leaders, product owners, and technical teams to drive execution, manage risk, remove blockers, and ensure delivery aligns to architecture standards and governance.
This is a great opportunity for a project manager who can translate technical discussions into clear plans and actionable updates, influence distributed teams, and keep multiple workstreams moving forward.
What you ll do (Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project execution across cross-functional engineering and product teams (scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and deliverables).
- Provide clear, executive-ready reporting on status, risks, issues, mitigation plans, and key decisions.
- Proactively identify and remove blockers; drive delivery forward, especially for teams needing additional support.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate timelines to prevent downstream impacts.
- Partner with architecture/technical leads to validate solutions align with enterprise standards, architecture guidelines, and governance processes.
- Communicate when decisions or implementations are not aligned; help route items through appropriate review and approval channels.
- Facilitate effective collaboration across dispersed teams through strong meeting leadership, documentation, and follow-through.
Required Skills/Education:
- 5 7 years of experience in IT project management / technical project management.
- Proven ability to manage delivery for complex initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong experience with:
- Risk, issue, and dependency management
- Executive-level status reporting and communication
- Driving accountability and outcomes across distributed teams
- Comfortable following and contributing to technical discussions (ability to partner effectively with engineers/architects).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of information and follow up on action items.
