Position : Palantir Advisor (Developer)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Developer Advisor to provide hands-on technical guidance and best-practice mentorship to developers, content creators, and data scientists working within the Palantir ecosystem. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping teams rapidly build and optimize widgets, ontologies, and data pipelines while ensuring effective use of Palantir capabilities and development standards.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience with the Palantir platform, strong object-oriented programming expertise, and the ability to coach technical teams through solution design, ontology mapping, and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a hands-on advisor to developers utilizing the Palantir platform.
• Provide detailed technical guidance on the design, development, and deployment of Palantir widgets, applications, and workflows.
• Mentor team members on Palantir best practices, architecture, and platform capabilities.
• Shadow development teams and offer real-time recommendations to improve performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Guide teams through the creation and optimization of Palantir data pipelines and integration workflows.
• Support ontology design, configuration, and mapping efforts to ensure accurate representation of business and operational processes.
• Assist stakeholders in translating business requirements into effective Palantir solutions.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, technical walkthroughs, and hands-on coaching to increase platform proficiency across teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Palantir capabilities to improve data visibility, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Hands-on experience developing and configuring solutions within the Palantir platform (Foundry, Gotham, or related technologies).
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.
• Demonstrated experience building and supporting Palantir widgets, ontologies, and data pipelines.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and advise both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience collaborating with developers, data scientists, and business users in an advisory or technical leadership capacity.
• Ability to begin contributing immediately and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
