Senior Business Relationship Analyst-Museum Technology

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify business needs, and prioritize technology initiatives.

Manage technology project intake, demand management, prioritization, and portfolio planning.

Coordinate end-to-end solution delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, user training, and transition to support.

Manage application performance, vendor relationships, support issues, and technology lifecycle risks.

Evaluate technology solutions, support vendor selection, and participate in RFP activities.

Maintain technology roadmaps, documentation, operational procedures, and support models.

Provide functional ownership and support for ticketing, retail, e-commerce, inventory, point-of-sale, collections management, and marketing platforms.

Support museum websites, digital signage, exhibit technology, media systems, and other visitor-facing digital solutions.

Work closely with Security, Privacy, Architecture, Procurement, and Compliance teams to ensure technology solutions meet organizational standards.

Business relationship management, business analysis, application ownership, or product ownership.

Experience managing third-party software platforms and vendor relationships.

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and solution evaluation skills.

Experience coordinating testing, deployment, training, and technology delivery activities.

Experience with retail, e-commerce, ticketing, hospitality, museum, or visitor-service environments.

Knowledge of Galaxy/eGalaxy, Shopify, CounterPoint, Cin7, Clover, Terentia, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dyspatch, Microsoft Forms, or Power Automate.
