Key Responsibilities:

* Define and execute the organization's AI enablement strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities for AI adoption across teams
* Design and deliver training programs, workshops, playbooks, and best-practice documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Develop and operationalize AI fluency frameworks to help teams progress in their understanding and use of AI
* Build and support a network of AI ambassadors and champions to accelerate internal adoption and knowledge sharing
* Serve as an internal AI advisor, translating a fast-changing AI landscape into clear, actionable business opportunities

Program Management and Execution:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives across product, engineering, data, design, operations, and business teams
* Create and manage integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting structures
* Establish and run governance processes including executive reviews, working sessions, and cross-functional status updates
* Track KPIs related to delivery, adoption, business impact, and ROI
* Build repeatable AI-powered workflows for reporting, risk monitoring, stakeholder communication, and program visibility

Executive Partnership and Change Leadership
* Partner with executive leadership and AI stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities
* Work directly with approximately 10-12 stakeholders, including ELT members and AI ambassadors
* Build trust quickly and influence without formal authority
* Diplomatically challenge leaders and stakeholders when needed to improve outcomes, manage risk, or maintain focus
* Bring structure, urgency, and clarity in an ambiguous and evolving environment

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 6+ years of experience in program management, transformation, enablement, consulting, or related roles
* 2+ years of experience working with AI/ML products, tools, platforms, or AI-driven transformation initiatives
* Strong executive communication skills and polished executive presence
* Proven ability to operate autonomously and drive work forward with limited oversight
* Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and competing priorities
* Experience creating and delivering training, enablement content, or change programs
* Strong program management discipline, including governance, risk management, KPI tracking, and reporting
* Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear recommendations for leaders
* Strong understanding of the current AI landscape, including generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI productivity tools
* Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguity with urgency, sound judgment, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus, but not required
* Consulting background strongly preferred over purely corporate/internal PM experience
* Experience working directly with executive leadership teams or in Chief of Staff-style environments
* Experience driving digital transformation, AI adoption, or enterprise change management initiatives
* Familiarity with responsible AI, governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
* Experience in regulated industries such as financial services, tax, or similar environments
* Experience building repeatable AI-enabled systems for enablement, reporting, or program operations
* Background in change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter
