Work Setting: Remote (travel and/or in-office presence may be required at times)

Rate: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a CRM Agile Product Owner for our client, a global travel company, in a fully remote role open to candidates located and authorized to work in the United States. In this tactical position within an Agile delivery team, you will serve as the "voice of the customer," translating product vision and business requirements into an actionable, well-prioritized backlog. You will own and refine user stories, drive incremental value through frequent releases, and ensure the development team delivers high-quality, business-relevant features built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Partnering closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, and end users, you will make day-to-day decisions on scope, priorities, and trade-offs throughout the development cycle. This is a 9-month contract-to-hire opportunity with our client, offering a strong conversion package and a generous benefits package that includes travel benefits and retirement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate high-level product vision and business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and refine the product backlog, ensuring well-defined, prioritized user stories ready for development.
  • Deliver product enhancements and major new capabilities on a regular cadence.
  • Maintain the enhancement request process, capability roadmaps, and deployment schedules.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing clarifications and accepting or rejecting deliverables.
  • Focus on delivering incremental value through frequent releases aligned with the Product Manager's strategic direction.
  • Make day-to-day decisions on feature scope, priorities, and trade-offs during the development cycle.
  • Own the business case process and business value stream model.
  • Engage executive sponsors, business leaders, and end users as the "voice of the customer."
  • Coordinate with training and change management teams to ensure successful rollouts and adoption.

Required Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM platforms with domain expertise and a focus on user-centric design.
  • Strong business analysis and process mapping capabilities, with the ability to balance strategic vision and detailed execution.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business domains.
  • Proficiency in product management frameworks, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices.
  • Experience with solution packaging and deployment (managed/unmanaged solutions).
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), e.g., using Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with release management and rollback strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; or three to five years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • 3+ years working as a Product Owner, preferably in CRM (MS Dynamics) implementation.
  • Product Owner certification.
