REQUIRED SKILLS

5+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or Technical Product Owner.
Prior experience as a Software Developer or Software Engineer with the ability to read code and understand technical design concepts.
Strong experience with API testing and validation using Postman or similar tools.
Experience analyzing and querying data within relational and NoSQL databases, including DynamoDB.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
Experience coordinating software releases and supporting deployment activities.
Understanding of cloud-native architectures and AWS services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and business requirements for technical teams.
