We are looking for Site Reliability Engineer for our client in Dallas, TX

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Job Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Own and manage the overall technical architecture for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reliability risks and improve system architecture.
Develop and enhance automation for operations including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure provisioning, and incident response.
Implement and improve observability practices including monitoring, logging, and alerting across production systems.
Proactively monitor systems and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to reduce Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
Evaluate services for production readiness and ensure operational standards are met.
Participate in incident response activities and on-call rotations for critical services.
Conduct post-incident analysis and drive continuous reliability improvements.
Partner with security, infrastructure, and other teams to ensure performance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Maintain and support adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

Required Skills And Experience:

8+ years of experience supporting and managing high-traffic digital platforms.
Experience across multiple on-prem infrastructure domains such as Linux, Windows, storage, databases, networking, middleware, or security.
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
Proficiency in scripting for automation and operational tasks.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace or SolarWinds.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
Willingness to work onsite and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

Preferred Skills:

Cross-domain expertise across compute, storage, networking, and end-user computing environments.
Experience in customer-facing roles.
Certifications in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Performance Engineering.
