Lead Specialty SAP Basis and Security Administrator – CPG Tech

We are looking for the BASIS administrators with the following skills:

·       SAP ECC and S/4 HANA conversion / implementation

·       SAP RISE

·       SAP GRC

·       SAP Security 

Required Qualifications: 

·       5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

·       5+ Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP MDG and SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)

·       5+ Years of Core SAP S/4 HANA systems and end to end architecture experience and life cycle management, service pack application and upgrade of the applications and infrastructure

·       5+ years of experience and strong understanding of authorization concepts and user provisioning processes

·       5+ years of experience performing system upgrades, patching, and enhancements

·       5+ years of experience in designing and architecting the security roles with in the S/4 HANA across the various modules and functional areas

·       5+ years of experience Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution

·       5+ years of experience and proficiency in database administration (HANA, Oracle, etc.)

·       3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with BMS system and data integration solutions, including asynchronous, synchronous, real-time streaming, messaging, event based and REST API’s.

·       3+ years of experience across the heterogenous systems, device landscape and with security patterns, evaluating and advising product teams on latest technological trends and product innovations in building management systems space 

Desired Qualifications 

·       3+ Years of financial services industry experience

·       3+ years of experience designing & engineering cloud solutions for S/4 HANA SAP RISE solution

·       Technology delivery and relationship management experience with small and large business units in a large corporate environment

·       Knowledge and understanding of data management and infrastructure production engineering leadership, this includes delivering reliable and responsive systems, and discipline to continually root out issues at the core

·       Experience with system and platform integrations, including servicetoservice communication and enterprise integration patterns, experience with microservices architectures and APIfirst design

·       Experience with cloud and container platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker)

·       Ability to work effectively in hybrid and virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations

·       Experience motivating and influencing groups or individuals across organizational boundaries to gain trust and confidence to make timely decisions

·       Excellent communications, interpersonal, and presentations skills utilizing PowerPoint across technical and non-technical groups
