Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP APMe solutions
- Configure and develop APMe compensation and incentive structures
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data processing and reporting
- Support integrations between APMe and internal/external systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with focus on data accuracy and performance
- Analyze large datasets to validate outputs and improve efficiency
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate with offshore teams and provide technical guidance
- Support ongoing enhancements, reporting, and system improvements
- Follow best practices, compliance standards, and delivery timelines
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: - SAP APM, Callidus ICM, SAP Commissions
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
- Experience working in enterprise-scale implementations or support environments
- Background supporting compensation / incentive management systems
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
- Experience with APMe configuration and development
- Groovy scripting experience within APMe environments
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL development and data analysis skills
- Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Understanding of compensation / incentive management systems
- Strong technical documentation and communication skills
- Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
- Experience building:
- Compensation rules
- Commission calculations
- Data processing workflows
- Experience integrating APMe / ICM with upstream and downstream systems
- Reporting experience (Jasper or similar tools)
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, etc.)
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python
- Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models
- SAP APMe (Agent Performance Management)
- Groovy scripting
- SQL / PL-SQL
- Data integration / ETL tools
- (Optional) SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM), reporting tools
- Strong technical foundation in SAP APMe development
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with focus on data accuracy and scalable solutions
