🚀 We're Hiring: Technical Business Analyst 🚀

📍 Location: Canada – Remote
⏳ Experience: 5–8 Years
🏢 Department: Product Management

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, UX, and QA teams.

  • Support API design, system integrations, and data modeling.

  • Assist with test planning, UAT, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain technical documentation and support Agile product delivery.

🔹 Required Skills:

  • Technical Business Analysis and SDLC.

  • APIs, system integrations, and data modeling.

  • SQL and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

  • Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and Aha!

  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Preferred Skills:

  • Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech experience.

  • Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS), embedded finance, and open banking APIs.

  • ISO 20022, ACH, Fedwire, and SOAP/XML.

  • Knowledge of PCI DSS, GLBA, SOC 2, and FFIEC compliance.
