SAP FICO Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with a strong background in SAP FICO to join our dynamic team in Fargo, ND. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) modules. This role requires a proactive individual who can analyze business requirements, design solutions, and implement software that meets the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop, test, and implement software solutions that integrate with SAP FICO modules.

·         Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

·         Design and document technical specifications for software development projects.

·         Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing SAP FICO applications.

·         Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.

·         Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and technologies to enhance system performance.

·         Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FICO applications.

Mandatory Skills:

·         Strong expertise in SAP FICO modules, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

·         Proficient in ABAP programming language and SAP development tools.

·         Experience with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules.

·         Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

·         Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its FICO functionalities.

·         Knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM, SD, or BW.

·         Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

·         Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

·         5 7 years of experience in software development with a focus on SAP FICO.

·         Relevant SAP certifications in FICO are a plus.

·         Proven track record of successful software development projects.
