Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementations, Application Management Services (AMS), and support operations, ensuring efficient financial processes, system stability, and continuous improvement across SAP landscapes.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Implementation

Lead and deliver full lifecycle implementations of SAP FICO modules

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications

Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules based on business needs
-
Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP
-
Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and go-live activities
SAP FICO Functional Expertise

Configure and support core FI components:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)

Bank Accounting

Configure and support CO components:

Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

Internal Orders

Product Costing (PC)

Profitability Analysis (COPA)

Handle financial closing processes and reporting requirements
Application Management Services (AMS)

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FICO modules
-
Manage incident, problem, and change management processes
-
Ensure system stability and adherence to SLAs
-
Identify and implement process improvements and optimizations
Support Operations

Provide L2/L3 production support for financial processes
-
Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues efficiently
-
Support period-end and year-end closing activities
-
Monitor system performance and resolve interface or data issues
Stakeholder Management
-
Collaborate with finance teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams
-
Conduct requirement workshops and solution discussions
-
Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions
Required Skills & Experience
Core Skills

Strong hands-on experience in:

SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting)

SAP CO (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA)

Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and controlling functions

Experience with integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP)
Technical & Functional Expertise

Experience in S/4HANA Finance preferred

Knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Familiarity with interfaces, IDocs, and data migration processes

Strong understanding of SAP configuration and best practices
