Job Description

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to act as the central control tower for enterprise supply chain order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end order management, SLA monitoring, and cross-functional coordination, and a proven ability to triage and resolve order holds to maintain uninterrupted fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor order queues to identify orders at risk of SLA breach and prioritize based on urgency and business impact.


• Track and report SLA performance, flag trends and systemic issues, and proactively escalate at-risk orders.


• Identify root causes for order holds across channels and drive timely resolution with procurement, finance, logistics, and vendors.


• Serve as single point of visibility for end-to-end order status and provide daily/weekly reporting on order health, hold aging, and SLA compliance.


• Maintain dashboards and trackers for real-time order visibility and participate in stand-ups or war rooms to communicate status and risks.


• Manage fulfillment stage capacity constraints and reallocate capacity to minimize impact.


• Identify bottlenecks in order-to-fulfillment processes, propose solutions, and support SOP development and maintenance.


• Contribute to root cause analysis for systemic fulfillment failures and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in order management, supply chain operations, or fulfillment coordination, ideally in high-volume, multi-SKU, multi-region environments.


• Demonstrated end-to-end order lifecycle management, including exception handling, hold management, and expediting.


• Proven SLA monitoring and proactive escalation to prevent breaches.


• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis to diagnose holds and implement corrective actions.


• Proficiency with Oracle GOP for order tracking, reporting, and workflow management.


• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to coordinate across procurement, logistics, finance, and vendors.


• Familiarity with supply chain KPIs, including fill rate, on-time delivery, and order cycle time.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Unidash.


• Background in IT asset management or technology hardware supply chains.


• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean or Six Sigma.


• Ability to work with global stakeholders across time zones.
