This role blends project leadership with long-term platform ownership, requiring close collaboration with vendors, internal technology teams, and operational stakeholders. Location: Commerce, CA 90400 (Hybrid onsite 3 days per week)
Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $140,000 $150,000 annually

What You ll Do
Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, including vendor-led implementations and phased rollouts of operational platforms
Own and manage a fresh management and forecasting platform, serving as the internal expert and primary escalation point for questions, issues, and enhancements
Partner with vendors and implementation partners to ensure platforms are configured, tested, and deployed on time and within scope
Support operational and Back of House teams during and after go-live, ensuring platform adoption, data accuracy, and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain clear business and technical requirements, translating operational needs into actionable guidance for development and analytics teams
What Gets You the Job
5+ years of experience managing IT or technical projects, including enterprise system implementations
Hands-on experience with fresh management, forecasting, sales, or inventory platforms in restaurant, grocery, or food & beverage environments
Strong understanding of data flows from POS systems into reporting or data platforms (e.g., SQL-based environments, Snowflake, Oracle), with the ability to clearly explain those flows to technical teams
Proven ability to work directly with vendors, operations leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced, multi-location environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
