Build the PMO, Don''t Just Run It.
We''re looking for a seasoned PMO Consultant who has successfully transformed lightweight or immature PMO environments into structured, scalable project delivery organizations.
This role is ideal for someone who has built PMO frameworks from the ground up, introduced governance that actually improves execution, and helped organizations move beyond spreadsheets and status reporting into disciplined portfolio and project management.
You''ll evaluate the current operating model, identify gaps, standardize processes, and implement practical frameworks that improve visibility, accountability, risk management, and delivery outcomes. A key part of this engagement is helping modernize project tracking and portfolio management tools while creating repeatable processes that can scale with the business.
Must-Have Requirements
10+ years of PMO, Portfolio Management, Program Management, or Enterprise PMO leadership experience
Proven experience building, transforming, or maturing PMO organizations, including governance frameworks, project methodologies, standards, workflows, stage gates, KPIs, and reporting structures
Strong Portfolio and Enterprise Project Management background with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and aligning project delivery to business objectives
Demonstrated success modernizing PMO operations, including implementation or optimization of PM tools, automation, dashboards, reporting, and project controls
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority
Strong expertise in project delivery lifecycle, risk management, process improvement, and organizational change management within fast-paced, evolving environments
