Project Manager – Enterprise Divestiture & Acquisition (PMO)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMO) to lead strategic Enterprise Divestiture and Acquisition (M&A) initiatives. This role is focused on managing enterprise-wide separation and integration programs rather than SAP-specific implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong PMO background with experience in enterprise system carve-outs, acquisitions, business integrations, and supply chain transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise divestiture and acquisition initiatives.
• Manage enterprise system carve-outs, business separations, and post-acquisition integration activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, and Business stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and executive status reporting.
• Drive governance, PMO processes, stakeholder communication, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure seamless transition and integration of enterprise systems.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Support organizational change management and business readiness throughout the program lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives.
• Proven experience managing Divestiture, Acquisition (M&A), or Enterprise Carve-Out programs.
• Strong PMO experience with enterprise-wide transformation projects.
• Experience working with Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or Distribution organizations.
• Strong expertise in project governance, risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ERP or enterprise application transformations (SAP knowledge is a plus but not required).
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise integration, business transformation, or digital transformation programs.
