Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strategic enterprise transformation initiative. This role is PMO and requires a strong background in Divestitures & Acquisitions (D&A), enterprise system carve-outs, and supply chain transformation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading complex cross-functional programs, managing stakeholders, and driving enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise transformation projects from initiation through completion.
• Drive project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage Divestiture & Acquisition (D&A) initiatives, including enterprise system carve-outs and business transitions.
• Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, project governance reviews, and executive status updates.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are achieved.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, finance, and business stakeholders during transformation initiatives.
• Support organizational change management and communication activities.
• Maintain PMO standards, documentation, and project reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience leading large-scale enterprise programs.
• Proven experience managing Divestiture & Acquisition (D&A) projects.
• Strong experience with Enterprise System Carve-Out initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional global teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations transformation experience.
• Experience with enterprise application implementations or integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, or Life Sciences.
