Summary

Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week; must reside within 100 miles of the office)

KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for 2 Salesforce Architects (Sales / Field Service vs Sales, Service, Financial Service Cloud)
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Solution Architects to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting customer engagement, service operations, and enterprise platform modernization initiatives.

These roles will partner closely with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, resilient, and scalable Salesforce architectures.
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Solution Architects to design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions supporting enterprise customer engagement and service operations.

These roles partner with business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and system integrators to translate complex requirements into secure, resilient Salesforce architectures.

Two architect positions are available with different domain focus areas.
Domain Focus
  • Role 1 - Sales, Service & Financial Services Cloud
    • Focus areas include:
      • Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud architecture
      • Integrations between Salesforce and Guidewire
      • Genesys contact center integrations supporting omnichannel customer engagement
      • Customer engagement workflows including case management, routing, knowledge, and sales processes
      • Complex Salesforce data modeling, sharing models, and performance optimization
  • Role 2 - Service Cloud & Field Service
    • Focus areas include:
      • Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service (Field Service Lightning) architecture
      • Service operations design including case lifecycle management, entitlements, SLAs, knowledge, CTI, and omni-channel routing
      • Field workforce enablement including technician scheduling, dispatch optimization, and work order lifecycle management
      • Technician capacity planning including skills-based routing, territory management, and appointment scheduling
      • Integrations with telephony/CTI platforms, ERP systems, GIS platforms, and roadside dispatch systems
Responsibilities spanning both role:
  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture aligned with enterprise technology standards
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce designs including data models, interaction flows, configuration, and custom development
  • Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards for security, data quality, performance, and reuse
  • Lead integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware
  • Provide technical leadership to internal teams and consulting partners through design reviews and architecture guidance
  • Support Agile delivery, working with product owners and development teams on requirements and solution design
  • Support release planning including CI/CD, environment management, and testing strategies
  • Mentor developers, administrators, and technical leads across the Salesforce platform

Requirements
  • 7-8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Solution Architect or lead role
  • Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience designing integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce data modeling, sharing/security model design, and platform performance optimization
  • Experience gathering requirements, defining user stories, and communicating solution trade-offs with stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including consulting partners
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
Role-Specific Requirements
  • Sales & Financial Services Architect
    • Deep expertise with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including case management, routing, knowledge, and sales processes
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms, preferably Genesys
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with Guidewire or similar insurance / policy systems
  • Service & Field Operations Architect
    • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Field Service (Field Service Lightning)
    • Experience designing large-scale service or field operations environments (call centers, dispatch operations, roadside assistance, utilities, or insurance service operations)
    • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
    • Experience supporting CTI integrations, telephony platforms, workforce management tools, and mobile workforce solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Common (Both Roles)
    • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant
    • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
    • Experience with DevOps practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce environments
    • Experience working in large enterprise or highly integrated Salesforce environments
  • Sales, Service & Financial Services Cloud Architect specific
    • Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations or architecture
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with Guidewire or similar insurance / policy administration systems
    • Experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys or other contact center platforms
    • Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or membership-based organizations
  • Service Cloud & Field Service Architect
    • Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification
    • Experience implementing Salesforce Field Service (Field Service Lightning) in enterprise environments
    • Experience with telephony/CTI platforms, workforce management tools, or dispatch optimization systems
    • Experience supporting service operations such as call centers, field service, roadside assistance, utilities, or similar operational environments
Compensation for both roles is up to $159K plus 10% bonus incentive.
