Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Airtable Solutions Analyst / Airtable SME to support the configuration, optimization, and integration of key internal business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Airtable, including automations, interfaces, formulas, scripting, and integrations with enterprise systems.

This role will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. The candidate should be a strong team player who can work collaboratively, follow established processes, and deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, optimize, maintain, and enhance Airtable applications supporting vendor management and contract lifecycle workflows.
• Build and maintain Airtable Automations, Interfaces, formulas, and custom scripts.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript within Airtable's scripting environment.
• Design and implement integrations between Airtable and other enterprise systems using APIs, scripting, or middleware.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Airtable solutions with clean data architecture and intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional stakeholders to define sprint goals, requirements, and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing Airtable bases for performance, usability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Document Airtable configurations, integrations, technical decisions, and workflows.
• Provide knowledge transfer and technical guidance to internal team members.
• Support the transition of existing contractor-managed solutions into well-documented and maintainable internal processes.
• Help define requirements and roadmap for integrating Airtable data with new enterprise systems.
• Ensure solutions follow appropriate data governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5+ years of hands-on experience with Airtable or similar low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong expertise in Airtable configuration and administration.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Airtable Automations
  • Airtable Interfaces
  • Airtable formulas
  • Airtable scripting
  • JavaScript
• Experience integrating Airtable with other applications using REST APIs, APIs, scripting, or middleware.
• Experience delivering production-ready solutions in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and application configuration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with vendor management or contract lifecycle management applications.
• Experience working in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices.
• Background in business analysis, product configuration, technical consulting, or solutions analysis.
• Additional backend coding or development experience.
• Experience documenting technical solutions and conducting knowledge transfer.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced Airtable SME who can take ownership of existing Airtable solutions, improve and optimize them, build new functionality, and integrate Airtable with enterprise systems.

Strong candidates will have a combination of Airtable expertise, JavaScript/scripting, API integrations, Agile/Scrum experience, business analysis, and strong teamwork skills.
