Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to support AI and GenAI initiatives for our client. This role focuses on ensuring that AI-driven solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, AI teams, and engineering groups to translate business requirements into actionable AI use cases and support the successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business analysis activities for AI and Generative AI initiatives
Gather, document, and manage AI-specific business and technical requirements
Translate business objectives into AI use cases, KPIs, and measurable success metrics
Collaborate with AI, data, and engineering teams throughout project delivery
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), change management, and user adoption
Track and report value realization and AI adoption metrics
Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, risk teams, and technical teams

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related roles
Experience supporting AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
Experience working in Agile development environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on AI initiatives within financial services
Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and regulatory compliance
Experience measuring AI ROI and value realization
