We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning solutions that support advanced business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in production-grade machine learning systems, model optimization, cloud deployment, and collaboration across distributed engineering teams. This role requires hands-on experience delivering AI solutions in production environments and contributing to end-to-end ML lifecycle development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, validate, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models in production environments

• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, testing, and deployment

• Develop AI solutions for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, anomaly detection, NLP, or intelligent automation

• Optimize model performance, scalability, latency, and reliability for large-scale applications

• Deploy and manage models in cloud-based production environments

• Collaborate with cross-functional remote teams including software engineers, product managers, and data engineers

• Implement model monitoring, retraining strategies, and drift detection

• Build reusable ML services and APIs for enterprise integration

• Apply MLOps best practices including CI/CD automation, model versioning, and experiment tracking

• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies including generative AI and LLM applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

• 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering or artificial intelligence development

• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced ML programming

• Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

• Strong experience with data manipulation using Pandas, NumPy, and SQL

• Experience deploying AI solutions on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience building REST APIs and integrating ML services into enterprise systems

• Strong understanding of distributed computing and scalable ML architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and large language models

• Knowledge of generative AI, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning foundation models

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow

• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark

• Prior experience in remote-first engineering teams
