Job Summary

The purpose of the Senior Analyst position is to support the design, implementation, and optimization of robust physical control systems across the organization. This role is crucial for an organization's security and efficiency, focusing on identifying and documenting current and future state requirements for physical access, surveillance, and perimeter security systems. By analyzing workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies and vulnerabilities, and developing metrics, this analyst will proactively mitigate risk and enhance the safety and security environment for our patients, staff, and visitors across all facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to risk mitigation through robust access control, advanced surveillance, and resilient perimeter security. Successful process deployment relies on continuous collaboration with solutions liaisons, program managers, technical teams, operations, IT security, and executive leadership to translate business needs into viable specifications and ensure diverse stakeholder needs are met.

The Senior Analyst will report to Cyber Portfolio Manager, focused on designing and implementing security controls to ensure the physical safety and operational resilience of the organization's diverse environments.
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead identification, documentation, and validation of current and future state physical control system requirements with stakeholders.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify improvements and design efficient workflows and business process models.
  • Develop strategic physical control frameworks and operating models aligned with business and regulatory goals. Proactively assess physical security risks and design effective mitigation controls.
  • Collaborate with solutions stake holders, program managers, and technical teams to translate business needs into viable specifications. Oversee control system implementation, participate in testing, and ensure quality and functionality.
  • Ability to communicate complex requirements, findings, and solutions to project managers, executive sponsors, and diverse internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure physical controls comply with all regulatory standards and internal policies. Drive process improvement, conduct root cause analysis for security incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for requirements, process models, control designs, and system lineage.
  • High proficiency in analyzing data and processes to identify inefficiencies and develop practical, innovative solutions for complex physical security challenges.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to diverse audiences. Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of physical security systems, technologies, and best practices. Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and project lifecycle knowledge (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling). The Business Analyst owns defining project scope, needs, and requirements across all project phases, partnering with project managers to ensure deliverables align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, Security Management, or a related field Preferred.
  • 4-5 years job related experience required.
  • Operations management experience preferred.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions experience preferred.
  • 2 or more relevant technical/professional security certifications preferred.
